On the necessity of reforming the system and structure of natural resources management and environmental protection

The article presents a brief analysis of the state of the environment and the system of natural resources management and environmental protection of the Russian Federation. A variant of creating a unified federal-subject system for natural resources management and environmental protection has been proposed.
