A method is proposed for probabilistic assessment of the quality of natural environments with a linear algorithm for interpolation of the total probability, designed to take into account the number of objects in different groups. The structuredness and step-by-step
calculation algorithm, the convenience of presenting and interpreting the results allow it to be introduced into automated systems and used in software systems for the integrated assessment of environmental pollution. Approbation of the method of probabilistic
assessments of water quality on the example of the Arhierejskoe lake (Republic of Tatarstan) showed the flexibility of using an analytical tool that allows determining trends and adjusting predictive assessments of the state of a water body.
