Abstract

The article examines the diagnostics and classification of soils of Saralinsky area of the Volzhsko-Kamsky state nature biosphere reserve (the Republic Tatarstan). It has been established that automorphic soils belong to the trunk of postlithogenic soils, to the division of alfehumus soils. Soil types / subtypes are represented by lithobarrier sod-podzols and pseudofiber sod-brown. Hydromorphic soils belong to the trunk of synlithogenic ones and are represented by the type of alluvial peat-gley soils.
