Аннотация

В статье приведен обзор исследований токсического действия инсектицидов с различным механизмом действия на животных разных таксономических групп. Особое внимание уделено токсичности инсектицидов для животных, не являющихся мишенями их действия. Приведенные в обзоре данные позволяют сделать вывод о том, что на чувствительность к токсикантам, помимо механизма их действия, оказывают влияние особенности биологии, физиологии и биохимии животных. Наличие высокой чувствительности к инсектицидам у животных, не являющихся мишенями их действия, свидетельствует о необходимости создания новых поколений пестицидов с высоким избирательным действием на организмы паразитических беспозвоночных.
