Аннотация

Цианобактерии продуцируют широкий спектр цианотоксинов с различными механизмами токсического действия. В период «цветения» цианобактерии представляют потенциальную опасность для организма человека при возможном их попадании в питьевую воду и реальную опасность для организмов водоплавающих птиц, рыб и зоопланктона. В настоящее время не вызывает сомнений необходимость разработки методов биотестирования как для мониторинга известных цианотоксинов, так и для выявления неидентифицированных в настоящее время цианотоксинов. В работе представлен обзор современных исследований, посвященных разработке методов биотестирования нескольких групп цианотоксинов (гепатотоксины, нейротоксины и цитотоксины) с использованием организмов мышей, рыб, беспозвоночных животных, растений, микроорганизмов, ферментов и культур клеток.
